Developed in aviation to address accidents caused by human factors, it focuses on enhancing non-technical skills like decision-making, navigating tradeoffs, managing goal conflicts, communication to non-technical stakeholders, leadership under pressure, teamwork under pressure, alongside the technical skills needed to quickly and reliably respond to unexpected events.
